During engine assembly, standard and prototype engines are completely assembled and equipped with the latest measurement technology for engine test runs. Our experienced employees ensure that every engine is professionally assembled and prepared for testing. After the test runs, the engines are carefully disassembled by our qualified team and subjected to a detailed examination. All components are thoroughly inspected, evaluated (including the analysis of deposits) and checked for wear in the measuring room. This includes a variety of parts such as cylinder heads, pistons, crankshafts, valves, camshafts, bearings and seals. Each component is inspected, documented and photographed for signs of wear, cracks, deformation or other deviations.
