Find a suitable position

Using the job advertisement on our career portal will take you directly to the input mask for your application using the “Apply now” button.


Review of your application

After we have received your application via our online portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. Your application will then be examined individually by us and we will inform you of the result as quickly as possible.


Introductory conversation

If we are curious about your profile and qualifications, we will invite you to get to know us for the first time at an interview. This takes place either online via “Microsoft Teams” or in person at one of our locations.


On-site conversation

If the first meeting (online) was positive for both sides, we will invite you to a second personal meeting. At this appointment we would like to introduce you to your future working environment and team, clarify further questions and, if necessary, discuss contractual details.



If we were able to convince you and we can also imagine working together, then you will receive a contract offer from us.


Welcome to the team

As soon as you accept our contract offer, we will put together a tailor-made onboarding package for you. A mentor will accompany you through your induction phase. Through various internal events you will gain a deep insight into the APL world and get to know our company and the various departments.

Sometimes the application trip ends before you reach your destination and you receive a rejection. This can happen immediately after submitting your application or after the specialist department has checked your documents. Even after one or more interviews, the application process can come to an end. Please don’t take this personally, it’s often just small details that make a difference. Given the large number of advertised positions, there may be a chance of finding another exciting position with us.

For reasons of simplicity, it is possible that in some places only the masculine form is used.
